Visit report not appearing or incomplete

If a visit report does not appear or seems incomplete, the issue is usually related to how the visit was saved or recorded.

This page lists the most common causes and quick checks.

The visit was not saved

Reports are generated from the saved visit data.

If the visit was not saved before closing the form, the report cannot be generated.

Possible solution:

  1. Open the patient bundle.
  2. Check the visit list.
  3. Verify that the visit appears in the list.

If the visit is missing, the consultation may need to be entered again.

The wrong visit was selected

If several visits exist, it is possible to open the wrong one.

Check that:

  • the correct date is selected
  • the correct visit type (well visit or sick visit) is opened

Then open the visit again and generate the report.

Required information missing

Visit reports are generated from the structured information recorded during the visit.

If key fields are empty, the report may appear incomplete.

Check that the visit includes at least:

  • visit context
  • history or reason for consultation
  • examination findings
  • problem listing
  • guidance or plan

Adding the missing information and saving the visit will update the generated report.

The bundle was not updated

If the visit appears correctly in the doctor application but not in another device, the bundle may not have been updated.

Possible solution:

  1. Export a new .pemr bundle after saving the visit.
  2. Share the updated bundle.
  3. Reopen it in CareView Family or CareFlow Kids.

When to contact support

If the report still does not appear correctly after these checks, exporting a support log may help identify the problem.

To generate a support log:

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Select Export support log.
  3. Share the log with the support team if requested.
